Pricing

If you are interested in getting a quote on screen printed garments, please contact us. Pricing varies based on a number of factors such as; number of pieces ordered, type of garment, color of garment, color of ink, and the number of colors in the print. We use complex pricing software to quickly quote any job, so please let us know what you are looking for and we will gladly send you a quote.

Some things to keep in mind:

1. Each color in your design will require a separate SCREEN, and each screen requires setup (usually around $30/screen). More colors = more screens. On a short run of t-shirts (less than 3 dozen) multiple colors will result in a higher setup cost, which is divided amongst the shirts ordered. We do not charge separate setup fees like many other shops.

2. We do not store customer screens for future orders. If you are sure that you will be re-ordering more shirts in the near future, we will keep your screen on hand, but otherwise our screens are recycled to be used for other jobs, usually within 2 weeks of order fulfillment.  Screen setup charges do not include the purchase of the actual screen, but the labor involved in setting up one of our screens for your artwork. Customers who wish to PURCHASE the screen may do so upon request (additional charges apply).

3. We DO store all customer artwork from previous orders. You will not have to pay us to re-create your artwork on future orders, unless changes need to be made. We have an archive of customer artwork dating back over 10 years.

4. For short-run orders, an excellent alternative to screen printing can be heat-transferred images or Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, which is also available from Art-Fx. Heat transferred images are good for simple images that are one color for small quantities of shirts. Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing is the process of using a specialized printer to directly print your design onto the shirt. Number of colors do not matter in DTG printing, any number of colors may be printed to any color of garment. This is an excellent option if you have a highly detailed image/photo that you would like printed to small quantity of shirts.
